Domain Name Registration

  • Our Relation with Nominet.

We are registered member of Nominet, the official registry for .UK domain names. We comply with Terms and Conditions of Nominet very closely. A short link to Terms and Conditions of Nominet can be found here: ‘We charge £10 per domain name which covers a year period; this is also the renewal fee. We do not charge for cancellations, changes of registration or transfers. We will email the contact of the account, 30, 20, 10 and 1 day before your domain name is due to expire to ensure you have time to decide if you would like to keep the domain name. Should you wish to keep the domain name, you simply need to reply our email with your agreement/disagreement to keep or not keep the domain name. If you do not respond to our email, the domain name will not be renewed and will be suspended 30 days after the expiry date and cancelled after a further 60 day grace period.'

We therefore have procedures in place to investigate and provide solutions for related concerns. We will acknowledge the receipt of concerns/issues via email to our customers no longer than 5 days of complaints logged.

We take phishing and spoofing attempts on our customers very seriously.
